our ethos

vasudhaiva kutumbakam

the world is one family

Our ethos at santí is grounded by the Sanskrit principle, Vasudhaiva Katumbakam —— the world is one family.

Because of this, everything we offer is built around one purpose, to spread love through yoga. And not yoga in the physical, Westernized way, but as a whole philosophy — a way of living that pours love into our products, experiences, and interactions.

With this vision, we’ve curated sacred rituals, a selection of intentional, natural living tools that bring meaning into everyday rituals. Periodically, we also host sacred bodies, santí’s very own yoga experiences in collaboration with other wellness brands.

Our commitment to this deeper understanding of yoga is reflected in the tools we offer and the spaces we create so people can connect with themselves, each other, and all that is. By challenging conventional ideas around conscious living, we open pathways to the rituals that help people find love within themselves and share it outward.

“Fátima is a lovely and devoted soul in the Ottawa yoga space. Her thoughtfully choreographed practices soften the mind and spirit. She offers options and alternatives to her sequences, which makes for an inclusive environment. Having the opportunity to practice yoga alongside her caring instructions is an act of self-love.”

“Elevated and Enlightened was such a positive experience for me. I have honestly been raving about it since it happened. It was very well executed and a safe space for beginners in yoga in the Ottawa area.”

Through an almost taboo approach to living, we believe that everyone — even in small villages like Santiago de Maria — can access their highest state of Being.
