  • Yoga is a spiritual practice that combines physical postures, breath control, and meditation to achieve samadhi - the highest state of meditative absorption, complete liberation. The practice may help with flexibility, strength, and balance while also bringing mental clarity and inner peace.

  • We believe there’s no such thing as a beginner in yoga — you either practice or you don't. Our experiences are open to everyone unless otherwise stated.

  • Comfortable, loose clothing. Socks are optional but we prefer barefoot.

  • If you’re running late, join the session as soon as you can. We understand that life happens, and while the session will start promptly, you can still benefit from the parts you’re able to attend. If you encounter any issues joining the session, please reach out to us via email or through the contact information provided in your registration details.

  • We totally understand that life happens. While we don’t offer refunds, cancellations made at least 3 full days (72 hours) before your scheduled experience are eligible for a store credit to use toward any future santí by ti experience.

    For example, if your session is on a Saturday, you must cancel by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday to receive a store credit. Store credits never expire and can be applied to any future event.

    Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled experience are not eligible for credit or refund. Because spots are limited and held with care, we appreciate your understanding.

    To cancel your experience:

    1. Open your confirmation email from Acuity Scheduling.

    2. Click the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link.

    3. You’ll be taken to your booking page — click “Cancel.”

    4. Follow the prompts to confirm.

    5. You’ll receive a store credit within 24-48 hours.

  • If your experience is virtual, you are not required to turn on your camera or your microphone. Whatever you're comfortable with <3

  • We’re four-twenty friendly and encourage using cannabis mindfully to enhance relaxation. We recommend experimenting with different strains to determine your most grounded practice.

  • Not at all! You’re welcome to join by yourself or with friends. We really want to create spaces where everyone, regardless of gender identity or background, can feel welcome and supported. We celebrate diversity and community in all its forms.

  • These yoga experiences are deeply rooted in spirituality, focusing on helping participants connect with their inner selves, higher consciousness, and the energy around them. We integrate elements of meditation, breath work, and movement to support personal growth and transformation. Participants are encouraged to approach each session with an open heart and mind, understanding that these are not just physical practices but spiritual journeys.

  • Yes, as with any deeply immersive spiritual practice, participants may experience intense emotions, energetic shifts, or spiritual awakenings during or after the session. We provide grounding techniques to help guide participants back to a state of balance, but we cannot be held liable for any emotional or spiritual experiences that may occur. By participating, you acknowledge that you are engaging in these practices at your own risk and must sign a waiver before the session.

  • Given the depth of the spiritual nature of our yoga experiences, participants must sign a waiver to acknowledge that they are aware of and accept responsibility for their own mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. The waiver ensures that you understand the possible outcomes of the session, including any emotional or energetic releases, and that we are not liable for any incidents that may occur during or after the experience.

  • It is common for participants to experience emotional or spiritual shifts during or after the session. If you feel overwhelmed, our grounding techniques will help guide you back to a calm state. We encourage you to communicate with your guide if needed, and to practice self-care after the session, such as journaling, spending time in nature, or meditating.

  • While you are always in control of your experience and can choose how deeply you engage, please be aware that elements of spirituality are integrated into each session.
