yoga by santí
Unique yoga experiences designed to emphasize how you feel, not how you look. By engaging all six senses — touch, smell, sight, hearing, taste, and energy flow — you’ll be guided inward to flow through consciousness to a deeper connection to Self and beyond.

spread love through yoga
Afro-Latina owned, committed to authenticity, and inspired by all the woo woo moments that have shaped our journey — santí by ti provides the tools and practice to keep you connected to what’s sacred.
Our purpose is to spread love through yoga. And not yoga in the physical, Westernized way, but as a whole philosophy — a way of living that pours love into our products, experiences, and interactions. By challenging conventional ideas around conscious living, we open pathways to the rituals that help people find love within themselves and share it outward.
Through an almost taboo approach to living, we believe that everyone — even in small villages like Santiago de Maria — can access their highest state of Being.
I’m still speechless when I think about the experience. I knew I needed healing but hadn’t realized to which extent until Fátima’s yoga and Pamela’s sound bath, both made me experience unfamiliar feelings. I was extremely vulnerable throughout the experience but it was an amazing feeling. Never would I have thought I’d be this open and comfortable during my first experience. They both also have soothing voices which makes you feel at peace. I’m already looking forward to the next event :’)

our commitment —
At santí, we recognize yoga as a sacred practice with spiritual roots in ancient India. Yoga, at its core, is a pathway to inner peace and connection, and it’s important to us that this is consistently reflected in our offerings. Guided by the ethical teachings of the yamas (restraints) and niyamas (duties), our community is built on the values of diversity, inclusivity, and creating spaces where everyone can feel valued and connected.
Equally important is our respect for the cultural significance of the tools and customs we integrate. Acknowledging the depth and origins of these elements is essential to us, as we work with their wisdom and pay credit to the communities they come from.
This leads us to acknowledge that the land on which we practice is not ours — we operate on unceded and stolen Indigenous lands. We acknowledge this truth, not as a formality, but as a sincere recognition of the ongoing impacts of colonization on Indigenous communities. Our commitment is to offer a practice that not only respects the land and its people but also honours the heart and soul of yoga’s origins.

“Fátima is a lovely and devoted soul in the Ottawa yoga space. Her thoughtfully choreographed practices soften the mind and spirit. She offers options and alternatives to her sequences, which makes for an inclusive environment. Having the opportunity to practice yoga alongside her caring instructions is an act of self-love.”

“10/5 stars! The breakfast was absolutely bomb—so much food, and we could eat as much as we wanted. Everything was delicious, and everyone went back for seconds! The yoga/workout was such a fun and challenging experience, but also super peaceful and easy to adjust to your own limits—definitely a 10/10 for that too. And there was a Thai masseuse giving out free massages?! You guys cannot miss the next event—seriously, DON’T miss out!”
